Motivation & Co Australia provide specialist recreation and motivation classes for the elderly. Our classes are carried out in Nursing and Residential Homes and have been designed to help residents maintain or improve their emotional and physical well-being. Each class lasts one hour and includes the following four sections:
- Stimulation and Interaction
- Chair based exercise
- Motivation games
- Relaxation/Music Therapy
The benefits to the Care Home are that you are working in partnership with a National
Award winning UK company with a proven track record of success, supported by committed
and trained Therapists who are fully engaged in company ethos though continuous
training and development.
Meet the Team
"Motivation & Co has arrived in Australia! Sharon found out about the business via her brother, Warren Davies who lives next door to Elaine Everett, Managing Director and founder of the Motivation & Co business in the UK. She decided to proceed with the franchise in Australia after visiting the UK in March and spending some time viewing the Motivation & Co classes and seeing for herself the effect the service has on residents. We believe you really can see the effect the service has upon the residents. You can physically see an ‘awakening’ of the residents due to the techniques being delivered within the class. I am so looking forward to running the Motivation & Co in Australia."
